Surrounded by greenery, in a peaceful street, it enjoys a magnificent view of the Le Serre de Barre mountain. Magnificent swimming areas are accessible along the Chassezac river, 5 minutes away. The brand new villa is very spacious and can accommodate up to 14 people. On the ground floor, you will find a large very warm living room, with a long table that can accommodate the whole group, a sitting area with television and wood stove, and a space to allow children to play quietly, all surrounded by large bay windows that make the room bright. The open kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. On the ground floor, there is a first bedroom with double bed, and a bathroom with bath, shower, sink, wc and washing machine, as well as a master bedroom with private bathroom. On the first floor, there are four other bedrooms, including a master suite with private bathroom, and a fourth bathroom. A baby cot is also available in the master suite. The garden is spacious, a terrace is directly accessible from the kitchen and the living room. La région est très belle avec de beaux petits villages et de beaux paysages. Le seul point négatif, la plage de la piscine en carrelage est très glissante ! Et aussi le manque de clôture du terrain ... les animaux sont admis mais on a été obligés d'attacher notre chien pour qu'il n'aille pas chez les voisins. Le seul hic serait le manque sécurité de la piscine, de la terrasse et de l'accès à l'étage de la maison qui n est pas adapté aux enfants de moins de 5 ans. Le cadre est super, très bien situé.
