Discover this bright and warm studio, offering a breathtaking view of the sea from its south-east facing balcony. Ideally located a few steps from the famous Arago market and its shops (just 500 meters away), and just 100 meters from the beach, this apartment allows you to take full advantage of everything that Les Sables d'Olonne has to offer, foot !  
  
On the 4th floor of a residence with elevator, this rental welcomes you with an entrance furnished with two 90 cm bunk beds. The kitchen opens onto the living room with balcony where you can relax and admire the view of the sea. A folding bed of 140 offers you optimal comfort. The bathroom equipped with a bathtub and WC completes the layout of this space.  
  
The amenities available in this apartment include a refrigerator, gas hobs, an oven, a microwave, a TV, a washing machine, as well as a balcony where you can enjoy your meals outdoors. In addition, a reserved parking space in the courtyard of the residence offers you great convenience for parking your vehicle in complete safety.  
  
To guarantee a calm and relaxing atmosphere, animals are not allowed in this rental. Optional services are available to make your stay even more pleasant, such as the possibility of cleaning at the end of your stay (50 € + 1 € per m²), linen rental (pair of sheets 18 € and towel 10 €/pers) and rental of a WiFi box (€39/week).
