ROSE Holidays offers this 16 m² studio on the first floor of a characterful residence, ideally located on the seafront of Les Sables d'Olonne. At just 20 metres from the main beach, this studio is perfect for enjoying holidays by the sea, close to all amenities. It consists of a main room with a double sofa bed 140, TV, Wifi, equipped kitchen (microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle). Bathroom with shower cabin, washbasin unit, towel dryer and WC. Ideal for holidays in the heart of Les Sables d'Olonne! 1 minute walk from the main beach. 10 minutes walk from the SNCF train station. 15 minutes walk from the ferry to La Chaume. Practical Information Accommodation Hours Arrival: from 4 PM (not before) Departure: by 10 AM at the latest (not after) Late Arrivals A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.
