Villa Sablaise charming 1930s fully renovated in noble materials (parquet, cement tiles ...) located in the Presidents area 50 meters from the sea and shops a few steps (bakery, supermarket, fishmonger ...) , made of :  
\- a large bright living room fully equipped,  
\- a fitted kitchen (hot air oven, steam oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker),  
\- a toilet,  
\- upstairs: two large bedrooms with bed 160 X 200 cm (high quality bedding) and cupboards,  
\- a desk,  
\- a bathroom with toilet,  
On the side an independent building consisting of a laundry room and a summer shower.   
In the back, a raised wooden terrace overlooking garden.
