Welcome to Les Sables d'Olonne, where you can enjoy the magnificent view from this fully renovated studio facing the ocean. With its south-facing balcony, you'll be just 50 meters from the main beach. This studio is ideally located near the shops of the Arago district.  
  
Located on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator, this studio features a bright living room with a furnished balcony offering breathtaking sea views. The living room includes a comfortable 140 cm sofa bed and an open-plan kitchen area, fully equipped with a refrigerator, two induction hobs, and a microwave. A sleeping alcove with two 90 cm bunk beds is also available, ideal for children. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.  
  
Amenities also include a television for your relaxation. Please note that pets are not allowed in this rental. Logement Tres bruyant et chaud car 1 seule fenêtre donc difficile de rafraîchir en ventilant. En effet nous sommes partis du 7 au 15 août et cette station balnéaire était noire de monde. Stationnement très difficile. Pour le positif, l' appartement a bien été refait à neuf récemment et il est fonctionnel.

#### Superbe vue et parfait emplacement

Location très fidèle à la description. Très bien placé avec vue sur mer magnifique. Fonctionnel. Seul bémol, pas de fenêtre dans la petite chambre avec lits superposés ni dans la salle de douche.
