\* Roadworks on Housing Street planned from 26 September to 23 December. The street will be closed to traffic, which will prevent the possibility of using the garage. You can nevertheless park easily and free of charge 100 m away in the streets: Paul Baudry, Daniel Fricaud and Avenue Alcide Gabaret.   
  
Ideally located, this oasis promises you a relaxing holiday! Its garden welcomes you for moments of pause in the sun. You will enjoy finding yourself there from breakfast, then preparing and savouring good grilled dishes. The surrounding greenery will also make you want to take a nap in the sun or take the time to read a book.   
  
Enter, the living room awaits you for moments of conviviality. The light tones that reign there are soothing. You will find a cosy lounge, its large sofa is an invitation to a moment of calm. Then, you will find the dining room. Its rounded shape, its oval table make it the ideal place to share conviviality and good meals.   
  
Next, you will find the fully equipped independent kitchen, so that you can cook your specialities. The kitchen has a gas hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a Senseo coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a citrus juicer.
