ROSE Vacances offers this flat on the 2nd floor (no lift) of a pretty half-timbered house, in the Marcellière district of Les Sables d'Olonne.

This flat can accommodate up to 6 people.

The flat is ideally located, 1 km from Plage des Présidents and its local shops, bakery, supermarket and butcher.

A bright flat with uninterrupted views, comprising a living room with sofa, armchair and footstools, coffee table, TV, WIFI, table with 6 chairs and stools.
A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with kettle, oven, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, etc.
On the night side, there is a children's bedroom with a pull-out bed (two 90cm beds), bedside tables and chest of drawers. You'll find books and board games. The second bedroom has a double bed (140cm), bedside tables and a large wardrobe.
A spacious mezzanine completes this flat with a double bed (140cm), bedside tables and chest of drawers.
A fully-equipped shower room with washing machine, shower, hairdryer and vanity unit with storage space.
