Welcome to Les Sables-d'Olonne, where you can enjoy the magnificent view from this fully renovated studio facing the ocean. You'll be just a few meters from the main beach. This studio is ideally located near the shops of the Arago district.  
  
Located on the 5th floor of a building with an elevator, this studio features a bright living room with a furnished balcony offering breathtaking sea views. The living room includes a comfortable 140 cm sofa bed and an open kitchen area, fully equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, ceramic hob, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, and microwave. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and a separate toilet.  
The apartment also has a garage located 700 m away, a great option for parking during the summer!  
  
Amenities also include a television for your relaxation. Please note that pets are not allowed in this rental. Optional services are available to enhance your stay, such as end-of-stay cleaning (€50 + €1 per m²), linen rental (€18 per pair of sheets, €10 per towel per person), and WiFi box rental (€39 per week).
