Situated at the edge of a mill stream, our gîte (21 sq m) is composed of A living area with \-kitchenette \-a table and chairs \-a double bed (140\* 190 cm) \-a single bed (90\*190 cm) on the mezzanine, accessible by a vertical ladder A shower room and toilet A terrace and garden area This independent house is near the owners' home An electricity package of 8 kWh and 1/4 m3 of water is included/day (for stays of less than 7 days). Beyond that, billing based on meter reading (electricity: 1 kwh = €0.30, water: 1 m3 = €5). For weekly stays, a meter reading will be taken at the start and end of the stay and then re-invoiced to the tenant. This is to protect our beautiful planet.
