"Was great ski in ski out - the town is very quiet at night and not many taxi about and expensive to get to Val thoren - would be great if the hotel offered a shuttle "
"This was our second visit to Kaya. It won't be our last. The staff were incredible. The location is breathtaking and the access to the 3 Valleys is perfect. Facilities ticked every box. Really nice pool, steam room and sauna. the breakfast filled us up for a long day on the mountains. The evening meals weren't the best value compared to nearby restaurants but were still delicious. This place is an absolute winner. "
"Great place to stay.. we stayed for 4 nights 2 adults and my 13 year old son.. the only things I’d say..!! is it’s pointless having a kitchen in the apartment, if you do not give a few more facilities for people to use.. we did not go for breakfast as we only eat small before hitting the slopes.. it’s obvious that the hotel restricts any cutlery to force people to eat there or eat out., personally I run 5 holiday rentals and would never restrict items from a property.. the place is restricted...
"Excellent location for skiing in virtually all respects.
Our room was in need of refurbishment & was very tired. Ice at the entrance to the apartment wasn’t cleared & was a potential hazard. If these minor points were addressed, it rank as excellent.
However, overall we would go back as the location is excellent; one of the best we’ve had in many years of skiing."
"Nice apartment, with great bathrooms, the rooms are a little cosy, better for 4-5 than any more but the location is hard to beat. Near the supermarket, bus stop and ski rental and right on the edge of the slopes. The ski locker is very convenient, we would be happy to visit again. If you are flying the lack of linen is a real nuisance, but we were arriving by train. Michel was a very attentive host!"
"This hotel was great, rooms a little small but on the whole it was a great choice fir our ski holiday, loved the ski in ski out. Locker room tight and lockers thin could fit our boots in but ok for skis and poles. "
"Large, nicely decorated apartment with good bedding.
Large boot room with big locker for the family, which makes things really easy at the start and end of the day.
Very nice pool and spa area. Kept very clean.
Good underground parking, which made it easy to unload after a hard drive."

"A good apartment, nice sized rooms and well appointed kitchen (no oven though). Spa area very nice and standards in the apartments all good. Only downside is no internet in any of the apartments which is very poor in this day and age. It is located a little away from the centre, but a regular (free bus service) is at the road end, there is large supermarket a short walk away and several places to eat nearby including pizza takeaway. You have a very short walk to a blue ski run (100m from the...

Providing some basic kitchen amenities could indeed enhance the guest experience and flexibility. just the little things added certainly would give the hotel a much better rating, as guests do need the options..!! We had to use the multi tool cork screw with tiny pen knife. Lucky we’ve survival skills to adapt 👍😎"

"We booked the room with the expectation to find a 4 stars hotel, both families came with our kids and it was supposed to be our winter holiday, but unfortunately it become a nightmare.
Rooms were dirty, walls were damaged, juicy or vomit on the floor, the sofa was badly stained and super dirty, toilet was licking and made a bad noise all night, sheets were dirty, no hair drier, no basic hygiene objects, with stinky hair and with a lot of small hauls, the shower didn' t work because the hot water didn’t work (was unable to shower of course), the window couldn’t be closed during the night and all night the apartment was incredibly cold. The smell in the toilet was bad, we had to use the toilet near the reception in order not to vomit. The curtains were damaged, the heat did not work the whole night, and as a consequence we got cold and felt sick.
We have taken pictures for everything we mentioned above and also the manager/ receptionist came and saw the situation and agree. (We also have a video with her saying that we are right.)
We are going further with the legal actions, already started with the lawyers, until we will get the money back- at least the paid amount, as the expenses were lots higher because we had to change everything because of this event! So we have initiated an action to get also penalties for the damages you have caused besides the 3.600€ paid. Expedia is as guilty as the hotel management as you promote terrible hotels 2 stars maximum as they are 4 stars.
