The apartment on the 1st floor of a building located 300m from the Prarion ski lifts.  
It has an East exposure with view of the Mont-Blanc range, and balcony.  
  
The apartment is composed of :  
  
\- A living room with sofa bed, convertible armchair, television and dining area.  
\- An equipped kitchenette with 4 hotplates, fridge, oven and dishwasher.  
\- A bedroom with double bed 160.  
\- A bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and WC.
