It has a surface area of 25 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it consists of a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area, and a bathroom (with shower and bathtub). The accommodation is laid out as follows: \- A 20 m² living room with TV, dining area, and sleeping area with double sofa bed \- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, and more \- A sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160×200) \- A bathroom with shower and bathtub \- A separate toilet Outside: \- A 28 m² west-facing balcony with furniture for enjoying sunny days The apartment is ideally located in Les Gets, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more. Activities: \- Ski in the Chavannes sector of Les Gets (less than a 10-minute walk away), a central area offering a variety of slopes for all levels, fun areas for children, and direct access to the vast Portes du Soleil ski area. \- Explore the enchanting Alta Lumina night trail, an immersive experience combining lights and sounds in the forest. \- Explore the Mechanical Music Museum, home to a unique collection of antique mechanical instruments. \- Whizz down the Perrières 4-season toboggan run, a thrilling descent accessible all year round. \- Enjoy the Les Gets Bike Park, offering over 128 km of marked trails for all levels of mountain biking. Access: The accommodation is located a 5-minute walk from the center of Les Gets. A free shuttle bus is also available in season, which stops opposite the residence and takes you to the center in two stops. You will need to walk up to the apartment. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park in the public pay-and-display car parks near the accommodation. For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful: \- Nearest train station: Cluses train station, 30 minutes away by car \- Nearest airport: Geneva Airport, 1 hour and 10 minutes away by car Other remarks: \- Wifi not included \- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation \- A ski storage room is available \- Ski lifts are open from early December to late April for the winter season, and from June to late August for mountain biking and hiking during the summer season. \- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
