Located on the 1st floor with lift of the new Le Cottage Alpin residence, this apartment offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Ideally located in the hamlet of Les Pesses, it benefits from quick access to the pistes at Les Perrières, perfect for ski or mountain lovers. Rated 3 stars, this bright apartment is fully equipped to make your stay practical and comfortable. With its warm, friendly atmosphere, it makes an excellent base for exploring the region and taking advantage of nearby activities Capacity: 4 persons

\- Entrance hallway with cupboard and bunkbed niche (bunkbeds 90x200 cm)  
\- Living/dining area with kitchen and access to the covered South-facing balcony with outdoor furniture.   
\- Spacious bedroom with 160x200 cm double bed and large walk-in wardrobe.   
\- Shower room with basin, walk-in shower, heated towel rail and WC.

Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with microwave, built-in oven, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, raclette machine, iron and ironing board, clothes airer. Cot and high chair. Electric shutters. washing machine.
