Spacious 57 m² duplex apartment, nestled on the 1ᵉʳ floor of a residence with elevator. Facing southwest, it is bathed in light and offers a large terrace extended by a private garden, ideal for enjoying the sun after skiing. Less than 5 minutes' walk from the slopes and the heart of the resort: shops, restaurants and entertainment nearby, without sacrificing peace and quiet. Cosy living room and two comfortable bedrooms to welcome family and friends. Capacity: 6 persons

\- Living-dining room with 160cm sofa bed and kitchen opening onto the living area. Access to the terrace via terrace doors.

\- Double bedroom (140 x 200 cm) with wardrobes, access to the balcony via French windows  
\- Bathroom with bath and heated towel rail
