"I’ve stayed here twice and not disappointed! It is exceptional in every way, particularly the staff.. friendly efficient and welcoming despite being such a large property! Great shuttle service and the spa is extraordinary! Breakfast is busy but so well organised and staffed! Coffee made fresh constantly and delivered to your table. "First time visiting Switzerland. From arriving to the Hotel views were stunning. As it was my Birthday they upgraded me to there biggest suite which was just the icing on the cake. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Bus stop right outside to take you to the slops which was free and literally 10 minutes drive. Breakfast was amazing literally had everything to pick from. The spa facilities amazing views from the outside pool amazing water was warm everything was perfect. Hope to visit again...
