Studio apartment of 23m² for 4 persons at the 1st floor of a residence without lift. Balcony facing West.  
  
Location: foot of the slopes, resort center area.  
  
Living area: living room with \[hidden\], sofa and dining area.  
Tiled floors.  
  
Kitchen: open to the living room.  
Equipment: 4 ceramic hobs, combined microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster.  
  
Sleeping capacity:

\- Night space: 2 single bunk bed  
Top bed not recommended under 6 Years Old  
The living room is separated from the sleeping area by an accordion door.
