The apartment is on the 3rd and last floor with a lift and nice South/ West view on the balcony. \- The living room is equipped with a sofa, a TV and a dinner table with 12 seats. \- Open Kitchen equipped for 12 persons, with induction hobs, dishwasher, oven, microwave, big fridge, coffee machine, toaster. \- Upstairs, 2 family bedrooms with double bed (160cm) and a single bed (80cm) and a sleeping area under an alcove (less than 1.50 m) with 2 single beds (80cm). This last bedroom is ideal for children. \- 2 bathrooms and 2 indepandant toilets. \- A private parking for the car. \- Comfort elements : Vacuum cleaner - Ski room Included services (EXCEPT SHORT STAYS OF 1 TO 4 NIGHTS): Linen (sheets and towels), beds made on arrival - Cleaning kit (sponge, dishwasher tablet, toilet paper roll, garbage bag) - End-of-stay cleaning. The residence Péclet is in the up part of Val Thorens. This area is much appreciated being quiet and about 50 m from the slopes, shops and restaurants. Property managed by a professional.
