It has a surface area of 15 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and sleeping area, a bathroom with shower, and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 400 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: \- A 15 m² living room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. \- A sleeping area with 1 double bed (140×190) \- A bathroom with shower \- A separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, high chair, cot and baby bath, fan, iron and ironing board. Outside: \- A shared swimming pool measuring 9 m x 2.60 m, heated (31°C) and open all year round. \- A shared 50 m² terrace \- A shared, enclosed garden measuring 400 m² with furniture for enjoying sunny days \- An outdoor shower shared with another studio that we also offer for rent: Studio Ananas The apartment is ideally located in Les Avirons, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
