New flat, T2 + bedroom cabin of 49.90m², on the 2nd floor with lift of the LE ROC residence. Sleeps up to 4 people.   
  
South-west facing with magnificent views of the Lauzière massif from the balcony.   
  
Entrance hall leading to the living room with its fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area and lounge with access to the 7.7m² balcony.  
  
Cabin bedroom with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2) with direct access to the balcony.  
  
Laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.  
  
First shower room with shower and WC. Bedroom with 1 double bed and storage space.  
  
Second shower room with shower and WC  
Services included: End-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen), bed linen (except summer season\*) \* from June to September.
