This was a good stay but a little hard bed mattress, A pool in the garden and the fantastic Lerici beach some kilometers away, we thought it was best ro go there by car,

Budget-friendly hotel with complications

The property itself is really nice but checking in is a bit more difficult. When you arrive at the property you are presented with the phone number to call the reception which is located somewhere else. When I called up the woman on the phone was not very helpful and trying to give me directions to get to reception which are down the road across the Roundabout up the hill and about one kilometer away. Once I got checked in the rest of it was fairly straightforward getting back to the property obtaining the key from the lock box and then getting into the room the room was supposed to have a ironing board but didn't

Toxic and noisy !!

We were really disappointed by this place. When we enter for the first time in the apartment a very strong smell of chemicals was present. We opened the windows but it stays there and we started to feel dizzy and itchy eyes. We told the management that we wanted to cancel our reservation and they refused to do anything for us. The place is not well located, next to high traffic round about and very noisy. AVOID !

The apartment is located in a quite noisy area, next to a high transited road. We were asked to go to travel 1+ km to pick up the keys upon arrival, not properly reminded / highlighted through the check in instructions… they could maybe add it in bold as part of their initial response.

Tanto potenzialmente

Prato non curato, piscina non curata, parete del corridoio della camera mal tenura. Acqua calda con scaldabagno impostato su minimo di default. Check-in presso altra sede (Hotel Serena), indicato via mail ma solo come postilla; nonostante due contatti via chat su hotels.com e una chiamata, non è mai stata fatta indicazione nè è mai stato fatto reminder di doversi recare presso altra struttura (5min in auto) per il check in. Al contatto telefonivo via call center, operatrice poco cortese. Tassa di soggiorno indicata via mail non corrispondente a realtà (4euro anziche i 2.50euro indicati). Sebbene camera e struttura abbiano un elevato potenziale, la pessima gestione ne pregiudica sia la qualita che l'ospitalità percepita. Sconsigliato a non automuniti perchè la percorribilità della strada per il centro e il lungomare di lerici non consente di muoversi a piedi

La casa tiene un parking privado propio,piscina y un cajetín para coger y dejar las llaves. La casa está reformada,bonita,limpia y moderna. Está completamente equipada incluyendo lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas y secador del pelo. Tiene aire acondicionado/bomba de calor. Si tuviese que decir algo negativo es que no hay ascensor y que para hacer el checking hay que ir a un alojamiento que está a 1,5km y que tiene un acceso incómodo pero el alojamiento merece la pena. Nos cobraron a parte unas tasas turísticas de 4€ por persona y día que son superiores a las que indicaba expedía (2,50€ perdona/dia)

Bel appartement , bien situé mais route bruyante

Appartement agréable et grand . Bien situé , a 2 pas des arrêts de bus pour la Spezia ou pour la navette pour lerici . Le seul bémol est le bruit de la route qui est très passante ce qui ne permet pas d'ouvrir les fenêtres (nous avions un appartement donnant sur la route ). Parking fermé et gratuit .

Sicuramente una chicca anni fa. Da rivedere: tinteggiatura per eliminare l’odore di fumo stagnante lasciato purtroppo da ospiti irrispettosi che non hanno rispettato il divieto di fumare. Materasso rigido, utile cambiarlo. Più accuratezza nella pulizia: trovati capelli e polvere. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggio e il giardinetto privato.

Super logement, plein de charme et très bien équipé. La piscine est un vrai plus et c’est très agréable de l’avoir lorsque qu’il fait bien chaud. Petite résidence sécurisée par un portail électrique. La réception située sur un autre site est parfaite, claire et précise pour toutes les explications. Séjour de 4 nuits pour faire les 5 terres parfait

Comodo per il weekend

Come posizione, al limite per potersi muovere a piedi nel visitare Lerici e dintorni. L'appartamento è comodo se ci si passa il weekend, se si permane per più tempo, manca un po' di spazio in cucina. Se siete abituati a dormire al buio, portatevi la mascherina!
