Exclusive housing in the old town:  
Exclusive apartment of 230 square meters useful located in the heart of the city in a bourgeois building cataloged in 1922\. In front of the Botines de Gaudí Building and 400 meters from the Cathedral, its impressive views of the city and its clarity, will make you enjoy the most of the vibrant city of León and its cultural and gastronomic life.   
  
The property, recently renovated with top quality finishes, has been decorated with an elegant mix of classic and contemporary style with unique and design pieces, focusing on the restoration of the original elements, which make their rooms a testimony of great artistic wealth and cultural   
  
The apartment consists of a large living room with capacity for 7 people, 2 large rooms with double beds, another room with two single beds and another children's room with a 90 cm bed. All floors retain the original parquet flooring. The two bathrooms have large shower trays and the kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, washing machine, fridge and freezer, microwave)
