Such a gem in the very centre of Leon, very helpful reception staff, lovely clean, quiet room. So affordable. Loved the spa and pool. Will be back.
Lots of interesting buildings to look at near the hotel.
Pros: Next door to an interesting cafe, easy for meals. A small, but good spa experience with a swimming pool.
Cons: There were no towels readily available for the spa. However,when the staff were on site there they were very helpful.
Location: Cathedral and local museums were all interesting and cheap to visit.
Very nice centrally located hotel with many restaurants from which to select. Also located within 500 yards of cathedral and only a stones throw from Gaudi building. Staff at reception very friendly. It was great having free access to spa with swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool and steam. People on an 800 kilometre walk need this.
Loved the location. The hotel is a little tired, but comfortable and the staff were helpful and spoke English. Breakfast was a little limited, but there are plenty of alternative places within a few minutes walk. Overall it was good value for money and the price was lower than quoted on my Expedia booking.
Pros: Location, good value for money and gym (unusual in Leon).
Cons: Breakfast.
Location: Great location close to the cathedral, Plaza San Martin and the Plaza Mayor. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby.
Hotel is located in the old city, a short walk from the cathedral. The rooms are good (mine was on the small side) and the staff were friendly and helpful.
