Very unique and charming place. Amenities were great, balcony was lovely, breakfast & pastries were a nice touch.

The property was in excellent condition and in a great part of town. Host immediately responded to any inquiries and willingly accommodated our request to hold luggage several hours past checkout time. We have been traveling for 18 days and this has been our favorite place to date.

Fabulous few days in leon .we even stayed 2 extra days. Amazing location convenient to everything.even has a supermarket opposite.and delicatessen next door . Staff were very helpful amazing breakfast and apartment was equipped with everything you could possibly need . Beautiful clean linen comfortable beds .don't want to leave

Wow... book this property before it is gone! They provide everything you need and it is so comfortable and two minutes from the cathedral. Queit, clean and one of the best beds I have slept in Spain. Paradise after a long day on the camino. I had breakfast in which they provided fresh fresh and everything for perfect breakfast. There is a kitchen and washing machine. It was like a slice of heaven! Buen Camino!

Great accommodation in a perfect location
Posted Sep. 16, 2019 on HotelsThe only problem we had was the operation of the washing machine. There was no instruction manual in any language and no symbols on the machine with any clues about how to set the timer or heat. The housekeeper who spoke no English tried to help set it up, but we had no way to estimate the time to complete the wash cycle. It took many hours to finish the wash then we had to dry the clothes by hanging them over the towel drying rack. We called the number for contact and left a message but no one returned the call before we checked out the following day at noon.
Very frustrating!
In all other respects, the suite was very comfortable and well-planned for comfort and convenience, and the location was excellent.

We felt enormously the impossibility of communication via telephone, when we called your phone it turned us off and for that reason we appeared in your suite but it does not establish at that time. The instructions of all appliances are located on the desk in the living room. However, thank you for letting us know because we will immediately check and resolve it by replenishing the instructions.
And thank you for positively valuing our establishment despite our mistake. Apologies!

Very nice apartments, with kitchen, laundry, very spacious. Friendly staff, they stock every day with plenty of food: eggs, tomatoes, fruits, ham, cookies . Unbeatable location, located in pedestrian zone, next to cathedral and lots of restaurants .

WiFi doesn't work, hot water in the shower is not enough even for one person, awfull smoke smell in the corridors
