It has been completely renovated and has an equipment that leaves nothing to be desired. From the sunny balcony you can enjoy the Feldbergblick. The swimming pool in the house can be used free of charge, the recently renovated sauna for a small fee alone. The fitness equipment and the ping pong table complement the leisure facilities available in the house. The apartment is ideal for 2 people to use and has a bathroom with large shower and a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, Senseo switch, normal coffee maker, and an egg cooker. The bedroom has a large double bed with 2 bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a sliding door wardrobe. The living room has a flatscreen TV with sound bar, DAB and FM internet radio and has a comfortable couch that would also allow to bring two children, a dining table with chairs, a sideboard and 2 showcases. Of course you can use Wi-Fi (free of charge) and also call for free with a landline phone throughout Germany. Furthermore, there is an ironing board with iron, a clothes horse and sufficient cleaning utensils available. A washer and dryer can be used in the pool area for a small fee. On the balcony are 4 seats and a table, as well as 2 loungers. So you can enjoy the view and relax after returning from one of the many possible leisure activities. A supermarket, as well as bakeries and a butcher are in Lenzkirch, among other shops that cover the daily needs, available. A bread service can be ordered from one of the bakeries for delivery to Kappel. The friendly caretaker couple is available to answer any questions you may have and is concerned about your well-being. So the holiday can begin worry-free from the first minute. In this is also the tourist tax, which is payable to the spa administration, paid. The Konus Guest Card offers free use of buses and trains throughout the Black Forest. If desired, bed linen and towels are provided for a fee. Dogs can also be brought on request for a small fee. Sans moyen de joindre autrement que par mail le propriétaire, nous lui avons écrit, heureusement nous avons finalement pu accéder au logement assez vite. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und immer gerne hilfsbereit für den Fall der Notwendigkeit. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und mit allem, was das Herz begehrt ausgestattet. Ebenfalls absolut sauber. Wir fahren jedes Jahr um diese Jahreszeit in den Kurzurlaub. Aber so eine tolle Ferienwohnung hatten wir das erste Mal. Wir hatten viel Sonnenschein und haben auch bei Minus Temperaturen, auf dem Balkon gesessen. Es war einfach herrlich. Der einzige Minuspunkt für und war, das es fussläufig keine Möglichkeit gibt um eine Kleinigkeit einzukaufen. Uns fehlte tatsächlich ein Bäcker aber dafür haben wir auch eine Möglichkeit gefunden.Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen und wünschen den Gastgebern viele nette Mieter, die diese Wohnung auch mit Respekt behandeln. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr schön, großes Becken, angenehm warmes Wasser. Der Blick vom Balkon einfach herrlich. Die Innenausstattung der Wohnung wertig und zum Wohlfühlen. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man benötigt. Das Bad ist sehr modern und auch auf der Schlafcouch lässt es sich gut schlafen. Speziell für Kinder ist das Schwimmbad im Keller sicherlich das Highlight - kombiniert mit Fitnessraum und Tischtennisplatte. Die Lage ist top für Ausflüge, z.B. nach Titisee, zum Schluchsee oder Feldberg. Und der Abenteuer- Golfpark ist fussläufig erreichbar und ebenfalls eine coole Freizeitaktivität. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen bestimmt mal wieder. ##### Daniel K. Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Das Haus dieser Wohnung liegt ruhig in einer gepflegten Anlage. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt.Den Ausblick vom Balkon und Wohnraum einfach nur genießen, das ist wunderbar. Mit Bus und Bahn gelangt man perfekt zu den Ausgangspunkten der Wanderungen. Ein perfekter Ausklang eines Wandertages im Schwimmbad oder Sauna. mehr geht nicht.
