"Front desk staff was inept on handling issues with room tv and lack of concern on Keurig cups are less than the stated must use 8oz cups. The cups are too small and coffee overflowed. I burned myself attempting remove overfilled cup. AI told front desk rep and stated not there problem"

"Yes the breakfast was good. Staff were all excellent. The $700 cost was steep but we got to see our grand daughter graduate. O yeah, the bartender was good even at 11 o’clock Friday night."

"Stayed here before and I think stayed in the same room because we had the same issues. Shower faucet is set backwards- and has a constant drip. Room temperature does not stay consistent- says 62 but stops at 67. Last day, the gym’s a/c system was set to heat and wasn’t able to change and elevators were down. Not sure if/how they could be connected. Also, didn’t notice it the last couple of time we stayed here but within walking distance is a motel that has some shady transactions going down. "

"The only thing positive about the start was the Caribbean woman the first night that checked us in. Desk staff the rest of the time was typically unavailable and when you happened to find someone, they rapt didn’t want to help you. We didn’t get towels or washcloths and the young girl gave us attitude. Mold and mildew is a problem and you can tell they try to paint over it, which never works. The escutcheon on the shower is fully rusted because it’s always damp in the bathroom. The exhaust fan is part of the light fixture so it is only on when the light it on and probably 50% obstructed by the bulb. Can’t be moving over 20 cfm. Every single thing is worn out way beyond its useful life. The lamp on the night stand provides the only two outlets by the bed and neither worked. The light shade was gross. None of the linens were anywhere close to white anymore. Not many hotels I’ve stayed in were in worse shape."

"The room was a fair size, adequately furnished. Very comfy beds, pillows, and linens. HVAC worked well. Very quiet, as the place was nearly sold out and we never noticed noise from other guests. The bar was convenient, with a fairly good and diverse menu. (There is an on-site restaurant, but it was freezing in there, so we opted for the bar.) We could have used a bellhop, but none was on duty at the time we checked in, which was odd at 4 pm, as that is prime check-in time. They did, however, have an ample supply of high-quality luggage carts, so we made good use of those. Best thing of all is the ease of accessing the airport and parking garage."

"Visit was during NCAA SOFTBALL REGIONALS. It was the same weekend as University of Tennessee graduation ceremonies. Hilton is located a few blocks from Market Square which is a cool walking park area with lots of history and statues. Plus many shops and restaurants. The city is very nice! The Hilton is classy. My only concern was with the bed. I expected it to be better. It was a bit lumpy. Other rooms may be more updated. The shower was good. Parking is expensive."

"found a large roach in the shower when i turned the lights on .. huge fellow and disgusting ,had to catch it before my wife would see it. i was lucky i got to the bathroom first. she hates them , terrified of them .the night manager was great , helpful"
