It felt very isolated. The area itself is beautiful but if felt like a deserted area. The only time we saw people was Saturday night standing in a very long line for a restaurant/bar.

Place is good, i believe it’s 25 years old and starting to wear some. We didn’t have the best experience however management recognized it & made us whole.

As a family, we always like to book “suites” which is why we choose this hotel over others in the area. Having a bedroom AND a living room separated by doors is a lifesaver. However, our room (302) was in a need of service. Big time. Faucet was running, AC was ice cold (which is usually a good thing) but it was not adjustable, so we were freezing. My main concern was the sofa bed. The “mattress” was no longer a mattress but only a wire under a sheet. Definitely not suitable for sleeping another person. We were unable to voice our concerns in person as we got to the hotel late at night and were very tired after a busy day. In the morning the reception was overflowing with lines of people trying to check-in/out.
