Very modern, comfortable resort, built in 2019\. Lembruch 10 km from the centre of Diepholz, 26 km from the centre of Vechta, 45 km from the centre of Osnabrück, on the lake, on the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec., extra). Children's pool, children's playground. In the complex: restaurant, bar, sauna, massage, hot tub (all extra), relaxation room, spa area for shared use (extra), kiosk. Parking at the house. Bus stop 50 m, sandy beach "Dümmer See" 50 m, bathing lake "Dümmer See" 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 16 km, sailing school 200 m. Please note: suitable for families.  
"Penthouse Seeblick", 4-room apartment 102 m2 on 3rd floor. Tasteful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 3 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful view of the lake. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house.
