Welcome to your 28 square metre flat for up to 2 people, which offers you a cosy, homely ambience in a Scandinavian style. You will find a kitchenette and a balcony with a view - in a compact space you will find all the cosiness and tranquillity you could wish for on a relaxing holiday. The Marissa Resort is located on a large site directly on Lower Saxony's second largest lake, the Dümmer. Being close to nature and sustainability are among the core values of the resort, which is clearly reflected in the architecture and design. You can look forward to a high standard in all respects. A skate park, various playgrounds, a low ropes course and jogging routes by the water await you on the site. At the large sandy beach, the centrepiece of life in the park, you are invited to swim, play or laze around at any time. You can also hire bikes on site for a fee to explore the surrounding area on cycle paths. You can also try out various water sports. Thanks to the gastronomic offerings such as the beach café BEACHMAR or the buffet restaurant MEZZOMAR, both located right by the water, you can indulge in delicacies in the comfort of your own home. There is also a mini market (sandwiches, regional products) and a SEEKONTOR shop (concept shop for fashion, home accessories, lifestyle and indulgence). The large plaza directly on the lake is home to the conference and event centre as well as the spacious bathing and sauna area. Mit guten Schuhen kann man auf dem gesamten Gelände nicht laufen wegen der ganzen Baustellen und der unebenen Gitterpflaster auf den Parkplätzen. Das Apartment S war grundsätzlich sauber. Leider war ein Stuhlpolster extrem verfärbt, als ob dort mal etwas drauf ausgelaufen wäre. Sowas sollte man direkt austauschen, wenn man es nicht mehr sauber bekommt. Alles da, was man zum kochen und essen braucht. Besteck könnte etwas mehr sein. Spülmaschinentabs sind nicht vorhanden. Es wird auch nirgendwo drauf hingewiesen, sodaß man zur Not die überteuerten Tabs im Backshop kaufen muss. Die Steckdosen am Bett sind unter den Nachtkonsolen angebracht. Man findet sie nur per Zufall und kann sie auch nur mit extremen Verrenkungen nutzen. Das Wellnesscenter ist leider immer noch nicht eröffnet. Wurde nun auf Ende 2022 geschoben. Die Seesauna ist mega! Auf jeden Fall besuchen. Die Strandpromenade ist super zum spazieren gehen. Die Seekontorboutique hat tolle Sachen, aber leider viel zu teuer. Für einen Kurztrip würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren und den Park auch weiter empfehlen. ##### Melanie F.
