The staff were all very nice. The pool did turn my friend hair green. But it was chill other than that. The drinks were good! And the vibe was nice. Good AC and clean sheets are a plus. It was so bad I woke with sore throat and watery eyes. As soon as I left the room, within an hour I was fine. The manager said they have no money to renovate so they’re not fixing it. No soap, No WiFi, no cleaning, no smile and No service. ##### Inga Stayed 3 nights in Oct 2019 ### 8/10 Good #### Verified traveller Aug 6, 2019 Liked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities 部屋は、広くエアコンあり、TVあり、シャワーは、老朽の為、温度調節があまりできなく 少しのお湯しか出ないので、高温で熱かった。プールは、水がきれいで小さいが深さがあり、オーシャンビューしながらﾉﾝﾋﾞﾘ過ごせた。レストランは、ガーデンにありビーチからも入れるので便利。サンセットを観ながら食べれるので最高の時間を過ごせました。 外部の観光客がレストランを利用され、人気のレストラン。味も美味しい。 値段も安価でした。 客層は、ヨーロッパ、オーストラリアの方々、老夫婦、ファミリーが多く 滞在中は、アジアの観光客は私と息子だけでした。騒音もなく、騒ぐ観光客もおらず 波の音だけで、とても良い時間をすごせました。 ビーチは、キレイですが海水浴には適してません。 ボート到着場からバイクで5分くらいで徒歩だと15分くらいかかるとおもいます。 ホテルの裏口から大道りまで、200mくらいあり、通りに出るとレストランやお店がたくさんありました。 スタッフは、とてもフレンドリー、 楽しく過ごせました。ありがとう。 ##### Verified traveller Stayed 3 nights in Jul 2019 ### 8/10 Good #### Chieko Jan 13, 2019 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities #### 目の前はビーチ!!!! お湯は出ません... 年末12/28-12/31に利用しました。 レンボンガン島は初めて来たので、地理的な事は全く分からず、価格と口コミ、写真から判断しての予約でしたが、スピードボート乗り場からはビーチ沿いに徒歩5分位とすぐのところでした。 荷物が少なければ、トラックに乗らず歩いた方が早いです。バイクだと途中通路が切れて砂地になる為ビーチ沿いつの移動は無理です。 チェックイン時、宿泊施設側が予約の確認に時間がかかり、Hotels.com で予約したにも関わらず、他のサイト名を言われ不安になりました。 無事チェックインはできましたが、これまで 当サイトでの予約は、名前を言えばチェックインはすぐ完了していたので、こういう事もあるんだと良い経験と考えます。 フロント側の一番奥(110)のお部屋に泊まりましたが、写真通り広くて綺麗なお部屋でした。 他のお部屋も同じかどうかわかりませんが、内側がオートロックされて、外に出る際は鍵を差し込んだままドアノブを回さないとドアが開きません。 ドアの設置時の間違いだとは思いますが、お部屋に電話がない為 気付かないと慌てると思いますし、内側から更にロックをかけないままだと外側からは開けられますので気を付けて下さい。 ただ、万が一そうなっても部屋からテラスに出る窓が下から開くので、最悪出られなくなる事は無いです。 一度 犬がついて来た事があり、慌てて部屋に入った為鍵を外に挿したまま閉めてしまいドアを開けられなくなった際に窓から出たことがあります。 笑 犬はビーチをウロウロしていて、人なつこくて可愛いです。怖いという犬ではありません。バンガローのレストランにも常時4匹位いました。飼ってるわけではなく野良だと思います。 バイクレンタル、スノーケルツアーは利用しましたが、口コミにあったようなしつこさは全くなく、価格的にもバイク:80,000IDR/1日、スノーケル:200,000IDR(マンタポイント、クリアウォーターポイント、マングローブポイント)と普通でした。 スノーケルは1ポイント15ドルかかるところもあったので満足です。 マンタポイントは波が高くて、人もボートいっぱいで、次回はチョイスしなくても良いなと思いました。 レストランもリーズナブルで良かったですし、すぐ近くに他のホテルのレストランがいっぱいありますので、食事に困る事はなかったです。 朝食は4種類(パンケーキ、オムレツ+トースト、ナシゴレン、ミーゴレン )から選べます。 パンケーキは見た目ペチャンコですが、お味は良かったです。別物と考えた方が良いです。 笑 お部屋に冷蔵庫が無いのは我慢できましたが、 唯一、シャワーが水だけだった事が残念でした。 贅沢を言うわけではありませんが、到着翌日から体調が万全ではなかった事もあり、お湯が恋しい3日間でした。 昼間に浴びると、1分位は太陽光で温まった天然温水が出ていました。 ##### Chieko Stayed 3 nights in Dec 2018 ### 2/10 Terrible #### Dennis, Brooklyn Jan 9, 2019 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Disgusting, we switched to a different hotel The room was disgusting. The water and air conditioning didn’t work and there was mold everywhere, even on the headboard near where you sleep. We’ve stayed at some pretty questionable places during our 1 month trip in Indonesia, but this one was so bad we didn’t even stay the night. Mist if the time it was good but there is a beach club a couple of doors away with sometimes over 1000 Chinese for the day. Very loud. There is no shade around the pool and only a handful of sunbeds. They have beanbags on the beach but all the dogs urinate on them. They smell super bad. Linen in rooms and in the restaurant could do with replacing due to staining and holes. However the hot water heater wasn't working well. Each time we take a quick bathe, the hot water only lasted for 15 seconds and after that it would be cold all the way. Luckily it is a hot island so cold water is fine. Staff was helpful and attentive though. Good food nearby too. Wifi was not very strong too.
