They are very helpful and can assist you for renting stuffs (motorbike, snorkeling...). They are very attentive, honest and in a good mood. The rooms are clean and Wifi works well. ##### Christophe ### 8/10 – Bien #### Tsumugi 29 nov. 2025 Points forts : Propreté スタッフは、みんなフレンドリーでした。 部屋は、キレイに清掃してあり、問題ありませんでした。 シャワールームは、上部に大きな空間が空いていて、常に外気が入る状態です。 夜は、シャワールームの電気はつけないようにしておかないと、虫が入ってきます。 シャワーは、長い時間待ってもお湯は出なかったので、朝起きた時にシャワーを浴びるに、水シャワーは寒くて無理でした。 部屋には、ドライヤーや電気ポットはないので、ちょっと不便でした。 部屋でお茶が飲みたいときは、フロントにお願いすると、お湯がもらえます。ただ、小さなコーヒーカップに入れてくれるので、せめて保温ポットがあればうれしいです。 チェックアウト後は、フェリー乗り場までのトランスポートをお願いすると、有料でバイクを出してくれました。 ##### Tsumugi Séjour de 5 nuits en novembre 2025 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Jessica 12 juill. 2025 Points forts : Commodités Points faibles : Propreté This spot super close to the beach which js great, the pool is also nice and you can order food on site which is handy. My stay was okay but if I was going to stay again, I would upgrade to a nicer bedroom which has been redone. I was in a standard room that hadn’t been redone and there was mould/damp on ceiling, it felt a bit rundown and a bit dirty so I wouldn’t choose to stay in it again. Great stay at Nyuh Gading! My bf and I stayed for 2 nights and wished we could’ve stayed longer! Less than a min walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants/shops nearby. We were able to organize a snorkel trip and transportation through the staff there. Also very easy to rent a motorbike (they were all out for the day but recommended next door which worked out perfectly). Lovely pool there also and a foot washing station at the entrance which is great.
