"My fiancé and I stayed here as part of a bigger trip around Switzerland and we absolutely loved it!! The owners are so friendly and welcoming, and the location is absolutely stunning. It is a bit more remote in location, but the views are completely worth it. "Wunderschönes Studio in toller Lage, absolut gigantischer Ausblick. Der Balkon ist praktisch ein weiteres Zimmer mit Blick auf die Gemmi bzw. Richtung Rhonetal. Das Haus ist ausgesprochen sauber und ruhig. Die abschließbare Garage ist sehr praktisch, Einrichtung funktioniert, Küche vom Geschirr her für echte Selbstversorger etwas mager ausgestattet, aber guter Herd u Backofen, Kühlschrank mit 3-Sterne-Fach. Sehr gutes Bad mit Badewanne, Heißwasser funktioniert prima. Der Kontakt mit Vermieter...

"The hotel has a commanding position in Wengen. The view of the mountains and valley are fantastic, and the common areas attract the guests to them. The hotel was clearly high-end decades ago, but has faded a bit. Some will find this charming, while others may not. The breakfast was excellent and should accommodate all tastes. The staff were outstanding, very personable and helpful."

It did however lack coat hooks and places to hang wet robes and towels...a basic that's missing. Breakfast was ok, it didn't quite hit expectations. Could have done with a few more hot options. Would definitely recommend. "
