Newly built apartment (in a quiet location, good transport links, free parking
- How about a stay in a (redeveloped) GDR department store, in the middle of a (public) oak park?Fully equipped, separate apartment, with full use of the garden and private parking.
The apartment is 50m2 and has a bedroom with a large (180cm) double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped (incl. Dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, etc) and is open to the living room. In the living room there is a large couch with sleep function, so that the apartment can be used by up to 4 people. There is also a walk-in closet, a small utility room and a bathroom with rain shower. The whole apartment has underfloor heating and is at ground level.
Meusdorf, in the south of Leipzig, is Leipzig's green bacon belt, with direct connection to the NEUSENLAND in Leipzig (with its innumerable lakes, Markkleeberger See is 10 minutes away, recreational facilities, water sports, amusement park Belantis and many more). This part of town is quiet, but very well connected to the public transport (bus + train) and highway and you are within 15 minutes in the city center.

Unsere Erfahrung in der Wohnung war insgesamt gemischt. Zunächst einmal möchten wir betonen, dass die Lage wirklich ideal war. Es gab Restaurants und einen schönen Spielplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Auch der Weg in die Stadt ist sehr schnell. Leider gab es jedoch einige Dinge, die unseren Eindruck getrübt haben. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ließ zu wünschen übrig; an einigen Stellen war es offensichtlich, dass nicht gründlich gereinigt wurde. Auch die Bettwäsche war ein kleiner Wermutstropfen – sie war noch feucht, als wir in der Wohnung ankamen. Das ist natürlich nicht das, was man sich erhofft, wenn man nach einer langen Reise ankommt und sich entspannen möchte.Wir glauben, dass mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details die Wohnung ein wirklich perfekter Ort zum Verweilen sein könnte. Wenn die Reinigung intensiviert und solche kleinen Missgeschicke behoben werden, würden wir definitiv wiederkommen!Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt also okay, aber mit Luft nach oben. Wir hoffen, dass die nächsten Gäste eine sauberere und angenehmere Erfahrung machen können.

Die FeWo ist schön, modern eingerichtet und wunderbar sauber. Lediglich der Blick von der Terrasse oder anders gesagt, den Blick den die umliegenden auf die Terrasse haben, ist zu einsichtig und die Überwachungskamera irritiert etwas. Aber sonst alles prima

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Es war alles sehr schön und so wie es beschrieben wurde. Der eine fehlende Stern liegt an dem Nachbsrgebäude. Dort finden wohl ab und an Partys und andere Veranstaltungen mit lauter Musik bis spät in doe Nacht statt. Bei den 9 Übernachtungen hatten wir an einem Tag Pech. Sonst alles tippitoppi.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft für ein verlängertes Wochenende gebucht.
Check-in war mit Code ganz unkompliziert. Hatten aber das Glück, dass auch noch eine persönliche Übergabe erfolgte. Unterkunft wie in der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Tolle Unterkunft für Städtetrip
Tolle Unterkunft, in der man sich direkt wie zuhause fühlt. Alles wie in der Beschreibung und sehr sauber.
Die Sauna ist ein sehr großer Pluspunkt, allerdings ist die Einsicht vom angrenzenden Gasthof sowie dem Parkplatz relativ frei.
Ansonsten ist man trotz der ruhigen Lage schnell für kulturelle Ausflüge im Zentrum von Leipzig.

Schön gelegene Ferienwohnung
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier, und es hat uns wieder gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, mit gutem Geschmack eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
Dank der überdachten Terrasse kann man auch gut draußen sitzen. Der Garten ist eingezäunt, so auch mit Hund(en) gut nutzbar.

Eine Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht
Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen, leider nicht sehr zentral, aber da wir mit dem Hund unterwegs waren, war uns der umzäunte Garten wichtiger. Die Schlüsselübergabe war insofern unproblematisch, dass sich dieser in einem Safe am Gebäude befindet. Der Preis pro Übernachtung war nicht ganz günstig, aber da alles für uns zufriedenstellend war, war er uns das Wert.

Die Ferienwohnung lässt in puncto Komfort, Lage und Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben zwar keine kleinen Kinder mehr, aber für Familien ideal. Ein eigener Durchgang im Garten und die lieben Kleinen können auf den beliebten Spielplatz, während die Eltern auf der Terrasse ein Auge auf sie haben können.

Erwartungen übertroffen
Die Ferienwohnung war wie auf den Bildern. Sehr modern, super sauber und sehr gemütlich. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Sauna war das Sahnehäubchen. Die Lage ist auch schön. Man hat eine tolle Anbindung in alle Richtungen. Sehr empfehlenswert
