No shampoo or soap in the bathroom, room is tiny, bed is absolutely awful. Check on was basic and the whole thing feels poorly handled. Got woken at 8.00 am by someone outside smoking and coughing a revolting smokers cough. He left the door open so the smell and cold going all the way up corridor. This could not be more revolting. Get the smokers in the car park and right away from the place. There was also a full ashtray on the table outside all night, so itā€™s not even tidied up. Honestly just gross. Iā€™m definitely not the clientele you are trying to attract. The bed was not secured to the ground and moved very easily, the room did not feel secure as the door did not lock properly and there was limited privacy as there was a big gap between the door and the frame. Generally, there were dirt marks all on the wall, the windows were single pane and rattled whenever a car drove past.
