A very niche and quirky place to stay. Rooms are very unique but excellent. Staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Only thing I could fault would be that the water within the room wasn’t very warm

Super helpful and friendly staff, fantastic location, loads of great restaurants and bars close by and 15 min walk from the railway station. Lovely extras like the hand written welcome note and sweets in room.
We stayed 3 nights inc breakfast, breakfast is table service, with lots of options. Really enjoyed our stay, definitely would come back.

The staff was excellent, we felt welcomed and safe.
The hotel is located in a very dense section of Amsterdam with a ton of foot traffic passing by. The front street had a lot of litter every morning. But the Luxor was well maintained.
Its an older building so needs some upkeep. It was close to everything and we were able to walk to all destinations.
All in all our experience was positive.
