The room was quite small but was clean, not too hot and was quiet. Great for a night or two but would need a bigger room for a longer stay. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Overall it was a reasonable price.

Nice location, shame there is no lift we were on the top floor and had to struggle with our suitcase up the stairs. The booking included full English breakfast, but only continental was available, it is only provided if they have 20 or more rooms booked

The place is fine to stay in although the brutal 60s architecture makes it feel like a tarted up prison. As it feels similar to a travel lodge or holiday inn, it is massively overpriced. I was astonished that for so much money there wasn't a cooked breakfast option.

One of our booking could not be found in the system both rooms was pre payed Me an my husband was happy with the room but our college was not satisfied Again in the breakfast they could not found here

Large facility that would be excellent for conferences. We were near the road where a manhole cover made some noise. Most rooms this would not be a problem.

Great stay
This was our fifth or sixth visit - we prefer to stay here when we attend a rugby game or visit friends. Comfortable room and great breakfast. The staff are unerringly friendly and helpful.

Fairly close to central Leicester but away from main roads. Easy check in and directions to room (there are several blocks on site). Compact room and bathroom housing as much as you need for an overnight stay. Bed was rather low but comfortable with very soft pillows. Room warm enough (minus 1 outside) with no evidence of heat coming from radiator. Breakfast served buffet style in adjacent building was excellent with a good choice for all tastes. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

If you are prepared to sleep in cold, this will be a nice place to stay. The Radiator did not work in my room. The staff present did not care a damn if you sleep or not. Next time, I will carry a portable heater with me!

Ideal location to visit daughter at Leicester University. Clean and friendly staff. The only thing I would say is that the room was booked for 2 people but only set up for one person. In terms of tea coffee etc. when I asked at reception for a 2nd tea bag and some milk cartons I was told there wasn’t any milk but they coul give me a tea bag. Lucky for us I had a travel cup and walked to the local shop 10 mins away to get some milk. Apart from that it was a perfect stay and yes I would stay again

Nice place, feels like college dorm rooms more than a hotel but is spotless and comfortable. Rooms are small but perfect for a short stay.
