Tucked among the Blue Ridge Mountains, The Whisper Mountain community is located on 450 preserved lands. Spend your afternoon exploring the hiking trails along creeks and waterfalls. If you prefer to stay close to home the large back yard is perfect for outdoor games or relax with a book by the spring fed, lily pond.  
  
Take in the long-range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains while you relax by the fire in the living room. Enjoy cooking meals with friends and family in the large, fully equipped kitchen then dine and relax with a glass of wine on the spacious deck.  
  
After a day of exploring have a restful night's sleep in one of the four spacious bedrooms, that all boast king size beds. Great back porch! Have to admit that our extended family spent 90% of our time on the covered back porch rocking and talking and loving the views. It was a great house, well stocked with board games, linens and cookware when we did move inside. But, oh, that back porch !

#### Amazing Getaway Family Vacation

Amazing stay from beginning to end at this impressive and beautiful property!!! The views were awe inspiring as our family spent many hours on the back deck with fire pit glowing or early morning coffee. Beautiful and super well equipped kitchen made our meals a breeze to enjoy as well as the very comfortable sleeping quarters for all. We had everything we needed to enjoy our Asheville trip. The property was safe, clean, and supplied with every amenity. Easy check in/check out procedures and pre-communication with management were appreciated. We would definitely return to Whisper Mountain for another memorable vacation!!!

#### Wonderful Mountain Getaway

This location, house and everything inside provided, were fantastic! Lovely views and hiking trails in the neighborhood. Our group loved this rental. Our only complaint about the house is that the water coming out of all the sinks was luke warm at best. Interestingly enough, the hot water in the showers was good, Communication with the property management team could have been better. Even so, we would definitely rent this home again.

This house was nothing but spectacular, the view was amazing!!! we all had an amazing time. Everything we needed was provided by the owners. I would love to come back in the spring or summer. Thanks for your suggestions for dinner, downtown Asheville and Biltmore Estate. We also went skiing which was very fun!!!! Once again if you are looking for a great place to stay Whisper Mountain is the place ❤️ I will definitely recommend this house 10 out of 10.

#### Unbeatable venue, especially if you just want to veg/chill

Everyone in my family was delighted with the home from my 5 yo grand daughter to this 80 yo grandfather. While they hiked, used the recreational facilities on the ground floor and the hot tub, I spent time on the deck with its magnificent views and climate. Two possible negatives: 1, if you have mobility issues (like me), you should be content with staying put on the main floor (I was!) 2, shopping for food at a "nearby" grocery store requires a travel time-commitment for folks used to easy access to these stores. You may want to stop at a supermarket before initially arriving or on your way back from an adventure to Asheville or the Biltmore. Overall, my family and I would happily return to this property for a stay.

#### Fantastic Property

We spent a lovely week in this beautiful home. It was tastefully furnished. The home was clean and spotless top to bottom. The beds and furniture were all comfortable and in new condition. The pillows, linens and towels were soft and plentiful. The kitchen was well appointed. The view was spectacular from the deck. The home is located in a quite peaceful gated community. You don’t see or hear the other properties as they are spread out with lots of trees and space separating the homes. We enjoyed walking the trails in the development. We sat in the hot tub and enjoyed the lovely view. We sat around the gas fireplace on the deck every morning and evening. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends.

We never met the host but did communicate since the outside table gas fireplace wouldn't stay lit. They responded very quickly and the issue was resolved! Unfortunately the weather kept us inside but the view was still amazing! The house is well maintained and well equipped. Only issue was the water pressure...upstairs bathrooms had less pressure while the basement shower had good pressure. Would stay here again!

#### Beautiful Mountain lodge

The property was lovely and just as we had hoped. They responded promptly to a small plumbing issue. It was a wonderful 4 days!
