Le tarif de hôtel.com est faux si vous allez sur le site de l’hôtel c’est beaucoup moins chère. Les chambres sont à rénover la peinture craque, Les poignées sont cassés dans la salle de bain les joints sont de couleur terre battue et il bave du coup ça fait très sale. Le restaurant nous a rendu malade. Et à la sortie de l’hôtel il y a des Prostituées !

N’acceptez pas le surclassement !
Nous avons été « surclassés » à notre arrivée : quelle chance ... à peine quelques heures après nous déchantions. 3e étage sous la piscine. Lorsque ce ne sont pas des gens que vous entendez barboter c’est le mécanisme de la piscine qui fait un bruit monstre toute la nuit. Nos draps étaient troués à plusieurs endroits.

Petit déjeuner excellent et varié, piscine sur le toit, Personnel adorable, Taxi retour offert par la maison, restaurant avec une remise de 15% sur chaque addition sans rien demandé, hôtel bien placé et central, propreté dans tout l’établissement. Salle de douche avec WC intégré un peu petite (dommage) car la chambre est spacieuse.

European experience hotel
The hotel is in perfect location, walking distance to the beach and in the middle of the village. It has the level of really good European hotels, by interior design, cleanliness & comfort. Bayu did a great check in with us and he spoke English really well. Only at the pool we had issues communicating, since no one in that shift actually spoke any English. The hotel even made a little surprise for us in the room for our honeymoon and they respected Hotels status so we got an upgrade. The restaurant is excellent: food, drinks, staff, live music and atmosphere - cheerful, classy and nice. They even have a little fountain in the courtyard which is great to offset the street noise if you want to enjoy your balcony. The rooftop pool is small but nice, with a great view.

Nice hotel but can improve few small things
Need to improve: If your flight is well after check out, please note that the hotel doesn’t have a proper shower or a facility that you can hang out. We had to have a cold shower outside next to the pool, with no privacy. Daily room service was ok as they didn’t replace fresh towels (we only need every 2nd or 3 rd day) or toiletries. You have to ask them for it. Good stuff: great location, friendly staff, clean hotel. We like that they provide drinking water machine in a room. If you travel with a family, they have a separate section with a sofa bed for kids with necessary kitchenette.

Reserved last minute, room not prepped and they didn't have an active follow up on the room booking etc. Area okay, nothing great, pool is shallow and outside shower did not work. Good linens and amenities in room, would stay again for the right rate, but a lot of services including internet were substandard.

Simply the best
Rama residences is a fabulous little hotel in a great location on Padma. Oming and her staff were absolutely wonderful. Our apartment was very spacious with very good amenities and the most comfy bed. The restaurant had great food and the rooftop pool and deck was a beautiful space to relax
