Good location hotel needed a few thing to be tidied up nothing major safe trouble toilet running however it was well priced with friendly staff be more than happy to stay there again

Short stay only. Basic facilities . Staff accomodating. Room ok gor price . Clean and comfortable Pool was disappointing and seemed to have issues though with filtering so we didn’t use If we were staying longer we would have moved hotels but for 5 nights decided to stick it out

We booked here for 7 nights on the recommendation on friends. The location is fine, the room was ok but the outside pool area just didn't do it for us. We booked a poolside room but didn't realise the outside area was so close to the pool and everyone who was using it that we felt very exposed. Our outdoor seats where we like to have few drinks and nibbles were basically in a walkway so close to people we could here their conversations and subsequently they could listen in on ours. One afternoon we went out for a drink and someone was on a lounge chair literally 30 cms away from us. We booked for 7 nights but after 3 nights we moved to another hotel we had stayed in before and made the right decision even though we got no refund for the lost nights at the Bali Court. Although the breakfast was ok it just wasn't enough for us. You could add more to it but had to pay for it which we weren't that happy with. The hotel we moved to was cheaper per night, had a very private balcony overlooking the very large pool and a fantastic full buffet breakfast included. We don't like submitting negative reviews but this place just wasn't for us and there are far better alternatives for the price.

Great Little Hotel in Good Location

The Bali Court Hotel is a small hotel in a great location. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. It is extremely quiet and all the guests were very considerate. The only suggestion I would make in order to improve the facilities would be to spend some money on giving the hotel a facelift and undertaking maintenance as it is becoming a little tired.

Maybe my expectations were too high ...!

Stayed here due to the positive reviews for which i am always grateful for. Great location. Terrific service and staff were lovely and helpful. I was honestly pretty disappointed with the condition of the rooms and the furniture looked like they were acquired off roadside collections. I paid considerably more for this hotel stay than my prior hotel about 1km south of Bali Court, but by far enjoyed my stay at the cheaper hotel more. I had booked for 2 people, and maybe because i came on my own - they then took one of my bath towels away. Room toiletries were meagre. Breakfast wasn't huge but was very yummy and nicely cooked. Nice concept for the smaller boutique hotel situation, but unfortunately didn't deliver in my humble opinion.

Convenient and clean

I had eaten at their restaurant before-was quite good, and since it was nr bike rentals, restos and shopping I stayed for a night. Reasonable price, helpful staff, clean rooms, nice shower and bed. Would return

Family stay

It's got a great location. We booked the family 1 bedroom unit. It's very dated. However every roomy.the pool area is quite nice. It looked like the other rooms were more up to date. The breakfast is very basic and not filling.the staff however were lovely

Boutique hotel centrally located near the beach

I had a real nice time at the Bali Court hotel. It is a modern boutique hotel in the center of all the action between Kuta and Seminyak. The beach is about a ten minute walk and both neighborhoods are walking distance too. There are plenty of shops around, cafes, stores, etc... The hotel is in a quiet street which is nice since the area can get loud otherwise. The outside of the hotel is real nice and industrial looking and the rooms are spacious and clean. The rooms are a bit plain, maybe because they are trying to have the industrial look. I think they should add some Art work, there is plenty in Bali and it would give the rooms a bit more charm. The bed is low and hard but I had a king size bed, so can't complain. My room had a view to the pool area and there was a lot of sunlight, which is real nice. The continental breakfast that was included was really good, there was a choice of brown bread which is rare in Asia and the fruit juices were delicious. This hotel is small and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The shower head was really good too but the moth balls in the bathroom have to go. They have to find an alternative to this method of getting rid of bugs, didn't really like the smell. Otherwise, my stay was comfortable and relaxing.

the stay was brilliant we are going back in April for my birthday ....the staff are so friendly by the time you leave they are like extended family ..... the location of the Hotel is so central absolutely perfect ....My wife is a real stickler for her own bed and i thought it might be a problem but she slept like a baby the whole time the place is so quiet ....cant wait to go back

Quiet serenity in Legian

The great thing about this hotel is it only has 25 rooms and apartments so its always a great place to return to after a busy day of doing things be it activities or business and its a 5 minute walk to the beach the staff are friendly and helpful the kitchen is good and they provide good basic and affordable food the pool area is excellent and what I must say is its very affordable, we have come back year after year and found it really good

Great location in Legian - Nice Hotel

Perfect location in Legian, close to everything. Hotel and apartments are very attractive with nice pool and food is good. Rooms are lovely, only negative is the bathrooms are small and need updating. I stayed for 2 nights on either side of my trip in different rooms - issues with both bathrooms with things not working. Safe is also very difficult to use, locked my stuff in multiples times even following the instructions. Overall would love to stay there again if the bathroom facilities were upgraded.

Feels like home ... but warmer !!

We've stayed here everytime we're in bali ... tried others but always come back after a few days ... so easy and relaxing ... great staff and other guests are always friendly... cant wait for next holiday xx

Small Hotel that delivers every time

Hotel is small, staff are sensational and friendly. The hotel is not new but clean and tidy and the atmosphere grows on you the longer you stay. Being small most of the people who stay here are also friendly, with many people being return visitors. Overall a great place to stay at reasonable prices.
