Treat yourself to a unique getaway in this 130sqm Basque-style family villa that can accommodate 8 travellers, in the heart of the friendly village of Petit Piquey in Cap Ferret and just a stone's throw from the beach.  
  
Take advantage of Villa Mahana and its different areas offering the privacy needed by large families:  
  
FLOOR 1 :   
\- 1 sleeping area with 1 master suite (180 x 200cm bed) with its own shower room and toilet - 1 double bedroom (160 x 200cm bed) - a bathroom and toilet - large wardrobes. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and open onto the terrace, which provides plenty of natural light.   
\- 1 large living room with a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, pizza oven, beer dispenser, dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer). The villa also has WIFI fibre access and TV.  
\- 1 outbuilding/parent's suite (bed 160 x 200cm) is also available, providing a break from the hustle and bustle of group holidays. It has a double bed, air conditioning, a shower room and separate wc.   
  
Ground floor: 1 double bedroom (bed 140 x 200cm) with en-suite shower room and TV - private entrance - laundry area - separate wc.

THE TERRACES & THE SWIMMING POOL: enjoy sunny lunches with a plancha in this large, private outdoor area. Cool off in the heated swimming pool (secured by a padlock) with its outdoor shower, relax in the sun loungers, take part in a darts tournament and enjoy some sociable moments. The dining area / aperitif / summer kitchen (with fridge and sink) is also a great place for children and adults to enjoy their naps together.  
4 adult mountain bikes and a small children's bike are also included.  
  
PREMIUM SERVICES: Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival, professional ecological cleaning and options on request (private chef, massages, additional bike hire, boat hire, etc.) for a turnkey stay.  
Linen is washed using environmentally-friendly and hypo-allergenic products. Sheets are not provided for the cot.  
  
CONSUMABLES: we provide the essentials for your arrival (salt, pepper, oil, toilet paper, coffee, ecological household products, etc.). We leave it up to you to add what you need during your stay.  
  
WELCOME KIT: we provide a lovely welcome kit with every booking, made up of local products and little extras.  
You'll also receive our welcome booklet, a comprehensive source of practical information and accommodation rules, designed to make your experience easier. Finally, we'll share with you our best addresses and local guides to discover the region authentically and at its best.
