#### Une maison spacieuse idéalement placée

La maison de Maryse est idéalement placée dans la pointe du Ferret, à proximité du marché, des commerces, de l'océan, du bassin, de la magnifique plage du Minbeau. Cet emplacement de 1er ordre fait rapidement oublier la route passante qui longe la maison. Maryse est une hôte très disponible et très réactive. La cuisine et la salle de bain mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement, mais pas de quoi gâcher le plaisir de cette maison spacieuse. Les jours un peu frais, nous avons pu manger et nous détendre à l'intérieur sans nous bousculer. Je recommande.

La maison est très bien située, le jardin permet de profiter de la douceur de vivre du Ferret. Les chambres sont très agréables tout comme la terrasse Une adresse à retenir

#### Très bon séjour

Maison très bien placée au centre du cap ferret, à quelques pas de l'océan. Maison très fonctionnelle et agréable. Seul bémol : le bruit de la route (très passagère) et celui des voisins ne permettent pas un total repos.

#### Très agréable maison, spacieuse grand jardin.

Maison proche du centre ville et à côté des plages. Très lumineuse et agréable pour un séjour en famille. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . Les propriétaires sont très sympas.

"Le descriptif est tout à fait fidèle à la réalité, notamment pour ce qui concerne l''intérieur. Maison récemment rénovée avec soin,, claire, fonctionnelle, bien équipée. Pour l''extérieur on pourrait rajouter qu''il n''y a pas de vis à vis (sauf sur les cotés mais c''est très discret) en face de la terrasse, terrasse qui donne dans les faits sur deux autres jardins (faire une photo depuis la terrasse?). La plage de l''océan est en face et les magasins peuvent être accessibles sans peine à pied. on s''y sent chez soi On s''y sent chez soi"
