Hotel is looking tired. The food in the breakfast and dinner buffet was luke warm at best. The water in the shower was only just above cold. Great location for access to central places. Had to pay 500 pesos for a small refrigerator. Had leftovers from a restaurant and was told no food could be brought to the hotel because it has a restaurant and next time would result in a charge. I think this is a terrible policy. The TV had no signal and the staff said I could watch You Tube. I desired to watch English language news. I requested they fix this issue but they did not. In addition, a large puddle occurred in the room overnight. When I reported this the staff seemed unconcerned and stated that it had rained. Shower had so many clogged spouts it directed water all over the floor. Have to find our way to the elevator. Breakfast buffet has minimal food choices. The Good - Room size is more than adequate, and the views to either the volcano or the city is nicer on the higher floors - Bed is comfortable - Laundry was crisp and clean - Staff were polite - Spa therapist was really good. I highly recommend their signature massage.
