This villa is an excellent choice for families, groups of friends or couples seeking relaxing vacations and enjoying unspoilt natural beauty. The villa can accommodate up to six persons ( main villa including basement studio in the same building ) . It features totally a living space of 90 m² consisting of an open plan living-/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two bedrooms of the main villa are furnished with a 150 x 190 cm double bed. The third bedroom has a 150 x 190 cm double bed and is located in the basement sunny and airy studio ,which is part of the same building with the main villa . Studio offers also a fully equiped kichenette and has windows in all rooms . All three bathrooms are complete with shower, wash basin and toilet , two bathrooms are in the main villa and the third in the basement studio . In the main villa there is also a washing machine and a dish washer , a bed for a child is available ( upon request ) and internet access is provided for surfing and email checkings ( not suitable for downloadings due to mobile internet ) .
Large crystal clear swimming pools ( 2 ) ,exclusive use for each villa. A spacious stone patio surrounding the pool, a colorful garden, fresh vegetable garden, bbq areas, Stone bread/pizza oven, free private parking. Enjoy the ample comfort and wonderful pallet nature colors while splashing in the swimming pool or while sunbathing.
The swimming pool is 9 x 6 m (external dims ) with min depth 0,80 meter and max depth 1,70 meters.
