Perched on the hillside above the fantastic seaside village of Vasiliki, Villa Ponti affords breath-taking views over the local area and out to the cobalt blue waters of the bay. A scenic fifteen minute stroll downhill will take you to the beginning of Vasiliki’s long sand and shingle beach with a few amenities, and the resort centre, with a wider choice of dining options, is just a little further along the beach or five minutes from the villa by car. 
Inside the villa, sunlight floods in through the abundance of wide patio doors and windows, and the lounge and all three bedrooms are strategically located at the front of the villa to make the most of the views. Outside, a fabulous covered terrace stretches along the length of the villa, perfect for a barbecue as the sun goes down. From here steps lead down to a sun-soaked terrace surrounding the swimming pool, where you will no doubt spend many peaceful days. For those seeking some action during their holiday a range of water activities are available on the beachfront, in particular windsurfing which Vasiliki has become particularly famous for over the past few years, a spectacular kaleidoscope when the surfers are demonstrating their talents.

Due to the unusual design of the exterior balustrades at this property there are some large gaps and we therefore ask that young children remain supervised at all times.
