 Villa Asterias is located in the wonderful and picturesque Bay of Sivota, in Lefkada. This contemporary villa offers the luxury and comfort you need in order to enjoy and relax during your vacation.  
Villa Asterias is one of the six villas and has a unique architecture. Each villa was built with respect to the environment and the house was carved into the mountain.  
Villa Asterias is a two bedroom villa that can host up to 6 people with comfort, 2 people in each bedroom and 2 extra people in the sofa bed of the living room area.Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower.   
  
It has a spacious and comfortable living room with an open plan fully equipped kitchen and a dining area where you can enjoy a meal with your loved ones. The living room offers a wonderful panoramic view to the pool and sea, due to its large window doors.   
From the area of the living room you have an easy access to the pool(the depth of the pool starts from 1,30m up to 1,60m. Also there is a part 3m×3m where the depth is 0.15 to 0,20m) and outdoor sitting area which will become for sure your favourite spot of the house due to the shade it offers and due to the endless Ionian sea view.  
The way the villas are built will make you feel like you hover above the Ionian sea, leaving you amazed by the breathtaking view!  
  
After a long day of sightseeing or at the beach, there is nothing more refreshing than getting back to the comfort of your villa. The inviting environment of this brand new villa that has been created for all of our guests and their family and friends will stay indelible in mind!  
The infinity pool will invite you for a refreshing dip, at day or at night. What will definitely will make an impression to you will be the shallow part at the beginning of the pool, where grownups can relax into the water and kids as well, can easily play with safety.  
  
The villa offers the seclusion one needs to relax but also you are only a breath away from Sivota Bay that has cafes,restaurants, minimarkets and a beach and is wonderful for yacht mooring.  
in addition, you are in an ideal spot to explore and visit the most famous and wonderful beaches of the island, such as Agiofilli,Porto Katsiki, Mikros Gialos, Egremnoi, Gialos etc.  
  
So this summer, make a gift to yourself and visit Villa Asterias for your summer vacation! Enjoy Lefkada island by spoiling yourself with luxury and comfort and let the endless blue view fill your eyes and soul!  
  
Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitos, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.  
  
Access: The villa is 2klm from the village of Sivota following an unpaved road, but accessible with a normal car.  
  
Please note:  
A minimum stay charge applies depending on the season. Prices also vary according to the exact number of guests. Kindly ensure that you select the correct number of people when making your booking.  
If the size or configuration of your group changes before arrival and differs from your original booking, additional charges may apply.

The villa is absolut fantastic, the view is outstanding ! Everything was well organized and even during the storm they were taking care of us and prepared the outside area. There is absolut nothing to complain !
