Located in the embrace of the beautiful Lefkadian olive grove, just six hundred meters (600 m) from the well-known sandy beach for wind and kite surf, Agios Ioannis(the beach of the town of Lefkada) which is classified as an area of outstanding natural beauty and just 1.5 km. from the town of Lefkada, the Elaia Apartments & Studios complex - discreetly embedded in a genuine Mediterranean environment as if it had been born together with the over-aged olive trees (from 1610 AD) that surround it, painted in the colour of the olive leaf - is located in the middle of a large, green estate of four (4) acres, covered from edge to edge with lawn, colourful flowers and trees.  
  
The combination of simplicity, cleanliness and functionality make the apartments elegant and the entire complex a place of tranquility, a haven of peace, serenity and unforgettable holidays.
