Welcome to Aeri Villa 2, a luxurious retreat perched atop a hill just 2 kilometers from the charming Sivota Bay. Overlooking the picturesque bay, this stunning four bedroom villa combines breathtaking sea views with the tranquility of its elevated location, offering a perfect balance of comfort and sophistication. Blending elegance with the serenity of the Mediterranean, the villa is an ideal destination for families or groups of friends seeking a truly unforgettable escape.  
  
#GROUND FLOOR  
  
The villa's interior is thoughtfully designed to provide both style and functionality. On the ground floor, the bright and spacious open-plan living area is connected to a modern kitchen fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and all the essentials. A large French door in the living room opens directly to the terrace, where the infinity pool awaits, allowing guests to admire the stunning views even from inside. When the doors are open, the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces dissolve, creating the feeling of one expansive, unified area for relaxation and entertainment. This floor also features a cozy double bedroom with a queen-size bed, a built-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom.

Moving to the upper floor, two generously sized bedrooms, one with queen-size bed and the second with two single ones, both with built-in closets, and elegant ensuite bathrooms, open onto a large balcony offering stunning panoramic views of the sea and lush surroundings.  
  
#SUB-LEVEL  
  
The lower lever is designed for privacy and versatility, featuring a bedroom with two single beds, a modern bathroom, a comfortable living area with a large sofa bed, and a compact yet functional kitchen.  
  
Additionally, the basement includes a utility room with a washing machine to ensure convenience during your stay.

The villa's exterior is equally captivating, offering an infinity swimming pool that seems to blend seamlessly with the horizon and provides uninterrupted sea views. The spacious terrace is designed for relaxation and enjoyment, featuring sun loungers, a dining table, and a swing under a foldable pergola that allows guests to adjust their shade and comfort as needed. A charming outdoor lounge area and a refreshing outdoor shower add to the villa's appeal, making it a perfect space to unwind. For larger groups, a convenient door connects this villa to its neighboring twin, allowing seamless accommodation for extended families or groups of friends.  
  
Every aspect of the villa has been designed to offer an exceptional stay, with all bedrooms featuring built-in closets and queen-size beds, except the twin room in the basement. High-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available throughout the property, ensuring modern comforts at every turn. With private parking for two to three vehicles, Aeri Villas can accommodate 8–10 guests, offering the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and privacy for an unforgettable Greek getaway.
