« The rooms were dirty and pretty disgusting. There was food lodged in the desk chair, the desk top light had dust and grime all over it. The electric outlet by the bed looked like it had blood on it, ann it smelled disgusting. And that’s just the first room. I was moved to a second room where there were whiskers in the sink and under the vanity looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. My feet stuck to the floor by the desk and there was something sticky on the desk chair back....

« During my recent stay at Seven Clans Hotel, the fire alarm went off repeatedly between approximately midnight and 2:00 a.m. (around midnight, 1:00 a.m., 2:00 a.m., and several additional times in between). While I understand that alarms can malfunction or be triggered accidentally, what was most concerning was the lack of communication or direction from hotel staff during the situation. At no point did anyone provide instructions such as asking guests to remain calm, exit the building, or...
