With a private dock, kayaks, SUPs, fire-pit, luxury grilling station, and an Arcade machine, this home has everything the family could want! While staying on the property you\`ll have plenty of opportunities to soak up the sun and take a dip in the emerald waters of Lake Murray. The Hot Tub is available from September 15th - May 30th. We do not allow guests to use the hot tub in the summer due to Green Algae contamination from the Lake, It would not be possible to maintain water clarity and proper chemical balances during the summer months. Trust us, we\`ve tried it and it doesn\`t work! The home is nestled in a peaceful cove right near the access to big water on the Lake. Your family will love fishing off the dock, relaxing on a tube in the cove, or leaving your boat at the dock. This home is just over 20 minutes to downtown Lexington which is home to nightlife, the icehouse amphitheater and much more! Step inside this beautifully decorated and fully equipped home and you\`ll find everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. We kindly ask that you use a different swimsuit for the hot tub than the lake. If algae contamination occurs and the hot tub turns green, a $250 drain and cleaning fee will be applied after checkout. • Winter Note: During winter months, the lake water level is lower. The beautiful view remains the same, though water depth at the dock may be reduced. The house was very neat and clean and has a nice large kitchen. There is a nice glass/screened in porch to lounge in and view the lake in the evening and when cooling off in the summer. The stand-up paddle boards gave us some extra fun on the water. Great dock if you rent or own a boat and want to dock it during your stay (we rented a pontoon boat from the nearby boat rental). Two bedrooms with two full baths and a room with bunk beds. Very relaxing locations. One shout out to the owners who stayed in touch with us to assure that our stay was the best. Sat outside in the evenings, lovely breeze and just relaxed after a day of boating. Grill was perfect, cooked up burgers and veggies one night. (About a 50 minute drive) The host always responded to my messages quickly. The property is fully stocked as well. (i.e. towels, kitchen supplies, etc.) I highly recommend this propety for friends and family. The house comfortably sleeps 8\. ##### Jessica D. It was a little further drive but 100% worth it. The property location is absolutely beautiful! The house was clean and felt like home. We enjoyed our stay.
