Located in a prime waterfront location on the shores of beautiful Lake Murray, this stunning home offers the ultimate vacation experience. With a private dock, kayaks, SUPs, fire-pit, luxury grilling station, and an Arcade machine, this home has everything the family could want! While staying on the property you\`ll have plenty of opportunities to soak up the sun and take a dip in the emerald waters of Lake Murray.  
  
The Hot Tub is available from September 15th - May 30th. We do not allow guests to use the hot tub in the summer due to Green Algae contamination from the Lake, It would not be possible to maintain water clarity and proper chemical balances during the summer months. Trust us, we\`ve tried it and it doesn\`t work!  
  
The home is nestled in a peaceful cove right near the access to big water on the Lake. Your family will love fishing off the dock, relaxing on a tube in the cove, or leaving your boat at the dock. This home is just over 20 minutes to downtown Lexington which is home to nightlife, the icehouse amphitheater and much more!  
  
Step inside this beautifully decorated and fully equipped home and you\`ll find everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The living area features cozy furnishings and a flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or simply lounging around. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and offers ample space for preparing meals. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or take them outside to the spacious deck with stunning lake views.  
  
The real highlight of this home is the outdoor space. Relax and unwind in the hot tub while taking in the beautiful views of the lake and surrounding nature. Take a paddle on the SUPs provided or spend the day lounging on the private dock. This home truly has it all for the ultimate lakefront getaway.

Residence comes with Carolina Connect fiber internet (700 Mbps) which is great for Zoom calls.  
  
Parties of any kind are strictly prohibited. If an event or a party is hosted by the guest they will be asked to close it down immediately. The second time the reservation will be cancelled and the guest will not receive a refund.  
  
This property is a no smoking no vaping property and this is strictly enforced.  
Pet friendly with paid pet fee of $125. Max of two dogs, no cats.  
We do not allow pets to be on furniture. Please remember to clean up after your pet while on the property.  
  
You are responsible for ensuring you do not cross contaminate the hot tub with lake water. We ask that you wear a different swim suit when going in the hot tub than one for the lake to avoid algae contamination. If the hot tub turns green, we will charge a $250 hot tub drain fee after your checkout.  
  
\*During winter months the lake is down. The view is the same, however the water at the dock may not be as deep.  
  
The home is a short drive to the local boat ramp (Acapulco USA) which is also home to LakeMurrayBoatRentals.com which offers a fleet of tri-toon boats and center consoles.
