Sitting on the gleaming shoreline of Lake Eustis you'll find this pleasant Leesburg home. Full of comfort and charm, every inch of this home provides a welcomed escape from the mundane of everyday life.  
  
Outside, the large yard will lead you down to the private dock, complete with al fresco dining, a boat slip, and of course, never-ending views. Continue to enjoy the sunshine from the screened porch, or head inside when you need to feel the cool blast of central air-conditioning on your skin.  
  
Your family will enjoy the spacious living room, family room, and lake view office space. When hunger arises, the full kitchen boasts updated appliances and ample meal prep space. Elevate your cooking by utilizing the gas grill. Mealtime can be spent gathered around the wooden dining table.  
  
Both of the bedrooms have plush linens, soft color palettes, and ample storage space. Washer/dryer access, board games, and internet round out the home's perks.  
  
Within 20 miles of your retreat, visit Wooton Park, the Trout Lake Nature Center, Orange Blossom Opry, and a multitude of delicious restaurants.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
