My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at tranquility. House was just what we needed for a weekend getaway. We had such a great time riding around on the golf car. The house was so clean and it had so many little touches that made you feel at home! They had full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even had toothpaste and new toothbrushes. Very clean home with plenty of towels, bedding, sofa blankets... even courtesy coffee & snacks. The home is on a corner with the lanai facing the street- but, with tree & bushes providing privacy. The owner thought of everything you might need and it was there. The location was perfect and we loved riding around in the golf cart. The only downside was a disconnect between VRBO and The Villages. We were told to go to La Hacienda to pick up our passes but when we got there and we told them we had rented through VRBO, they couldn't find any information for passes for us and told us that even if VRBO did contact them, there would be a 3-day wait for us to get passes. They then sent us to another sales office to see if they had our passes and, of course, they did not. Fortunately, we were able to reach out to the owner and she got the VRBO contact to reach out to La Hacienda and we picked up our passes at the first office we went to, which they conveniently dated 3 days ahead, meaning they weren't effective for the first 3 days of our 5-day stay. Again, the owner reached out so we could get passes with the proper dates. After the confusion of the passes, our stay was very good and we can't say enough good things about the owner and the property. ##### Vince P.
